WordPress.org for downloading WordPress that can be uploaded to your personal server. This version allows you to customize the product with CSS as well as create new types of websites with WordPress as the engine.
Blogger: Google’s weblog environment, served by Google hosting at no charge.
Melody is a shareware product that was Movable Type, which allowed the community of users to continue the product and add features.
TextPattern a free and open source content management system
Modx a new blog/content management system that offers some powerful new features.
